Brandenburg ~ A variety of quartz and amethyst. Double terminated crystals are rare formations and as such hold a deep rooted connection to the mineral world. Dioptase ~ A stone of plenty and a gateway to emotional freedom. It works on the thymus, heart, chest, shoulders and lower lungs. Emerald ~ A variety of beryl, it is the stone of intelligence. Revered for its love, renewal and birth, it symbolises immortality and faith. The embodiment of wisdom, intellect and clarity of understanding, it opens and balances the heart chakra. It loves harmony and acts as a life force magnet. Good detoxifier it works well with the emotional body releasing jealousy, resentment, selfishness, greed, frustration and hypochondria. Chakras ~ heart, solar plexus.

Enhydro ~ These are minerals that contain fluid, usually that from which chalcedony, agate or quartz was deposited. This fluid is normally pure and aeons old. They are significant healing tools as they not only possess the qualities of their host but work quickly on all fluid functions of the body. Especially sensitive when working with emotional trauma, they have a cleansing, nurturing, female energy and relate to the collective unconscious - the primeval waters. An excellent talisman to be carried by pregnant women.

Faden Quartz ~ Faden comes from the German word for thread. The faden has a white thread or fibre within the quartz structure because it is surrounded by either a fluid or gaseous filled chamber. It is a strong stone of connection. Used for distress, depression, despair, fatigue and burn out. They contain the mother energy and can help immensely with severe emotional problems especially when the end of endurance is felt. It helps one to realise their true strength. Fairy Cross (Staurolite) ~ The cross formation signifies the meeting of spirit and matter - the higher self and personality. Helps create a bond between physical body and earth. Assists one in letting go of blame and resolving issues of the past. Encourages those who are overly idealistic to be more pragmatic and practical. Reinforces living in the present moment. * Fluorite ~ Acts as the auric cleanser and amplifies the energy flow of the subtle bodies as its name suggests. It embodies a variety of colours, purple, blue, green and each produce their own vibration. Purple fluorite is particularly valuable in meditation, it helps to calm and focus the mind. Blue is especially helpful for harnessing personal healing power and reconnecting to the creative force. Green can harness the valuable treasures of the unconscious mind and amplify intuition. * Hematite ~ Has positive effect upon bloodstream and acts as the most important iron source. Activates spleen. Increases resistance to stress. Helps circulate oxygen throughout body. * Lolite ~ This is the stone of prophecy known as Vision Stone. It holds an extraordinary rate of vibration and has been used for directional work through out the ages, it was used by the Viking mariners as the first polarising filter. It is particularly revered by the Shamanka and Shaman as it holds powerful medicine for the soul and stimulates vision and contact with the spirit world. It acts as a psychic activator when placed on the third eye but only if the other chakras are in balance other wise it can act as an over stimulator. * Jasper (all colours) ~ Has a stabilising quality that reinforces the ideal of responsibility. A variety of chalcedony. It strengthens, liver, gallbladder and large intestine. Supports the release of toxins by gently stabilising the energy field. Bloodstone is a variation of jasper. Works with chakras and attitudes according to colour of jasper used.

Kunzite ~ Opens the heart and works on all aspects of the body, mind and spirit. Holds a harmony of peace, freedom and compassion. Particularly supportive to any inner child work. Excellent for the immune system, it holds the energy of the Spiritual Love ray. Works well for depression and addictive personality traits and raises self esteem. Kyanite ~ Powerful chakra aligner. Brings tranquillity and calm to the whole being. Stimulates communication and psychic awareness. Excellent for meditation and astral work. Known as the seeker of truth it will alleviate any fear from holding back the truth. It cuts through illusion and uplifts the spirit. * Lapis Lazuli ~ Activates thyroid gland, acts as the stone of truth. Believed to be a great aphrodisiac, it helps to overcome depression, brings serenity to the mind and success in relationships. Larimar ~ A form of pectolite only found in the Bahamas and Dominican Republic. It holds a heavenly calm and women can activate the Goddess energies within. As such it reconnects the user to their personal power. Also known as the Dolphin Stone due to its watery vibration, it is a stone of mystical and magical qualities. It can assist in opening the meridians of the feet and by doing so helps to recognise the reflection this holds of the whole body and treat accordingly. * Lepidolite ~ Known to numb pain as it works on the nervous system, has a high lithium content which aids emotional stability. Excellent stone for relaxation. Good for overcoming drug addiction. Especially good for insomnia and can be used as a dreamtime crystal. Stops depression and obsessive thought patterns. Strengthens immune system, heart, blood and muscles. Chakras~ heart.

* Malachite ~ Connects user to the earth energies. Known as the green stone as it reconnects and highlights the balance needed between the technological and natural world. It tunes into the plant kingdom and promotes social conscience by activating awareness of environmental issues. Helps to get to the heart of problems and deal with them from a heart filled space. Releases negative aspects of the heart chakra and counters the shadow emotion of fear.

Moldavite ~ One of the rarest of gems only found in Czechoslovakia, believed to have formed 15 million years ago from meteoritic action. Their origin is not of this Earth and thus new deposits seem unlikely. It is an extremely strong stone of transformation and is a favourite tool used by Light Workers. There are five aspects to moldavite’s transformational properties which can be fully understood from the book ‘Moldavite, starborn stone’ by Simmons and Warner. * Moonstone ~ The Goddess stone of female power. Relieves anxiety and stress. Aids the birthing process and helps female problems. Morganite ~ A pink variety of beryl, it embodies universal love and compassion. Acts as a cleanser and stimulator for the heart chakra and brings love into ones life. * Obsidian ~ This is a hardy stone, a warrior stone of Truth. A form of volcanic glass. It comes with inclusions of white mineral (snowflake obsidian), and a banded black and red (mahogany obsidian). Opal ~ Known as the emotional mirror. Some colours hold a small fire within and have been revered since antiquity. Opal picks up on emotional energies and works karmically. What is sent out will return amplified. For this reason some believe opal to be a stone of bad luck, this is not true - energy is just amplified and thus like attracts like. Teaches you to be master of your thoughts, words and deeds and accept responsibility for your actions. Excellent for visualisation. Blue opals are soothing emotionally and promote courage and confidence. Pink opals are excellent for those who have been assaulted in any way, had body parts removed or modified and for those working through emotional hang ups. Peridot ~ Holds the energy of spring time, of rejuvenation and is refreshing to the whole body. Is excellent to use if embarking on any new project or encounter. Phantom Quartz Crystals ~ Crystals with a distinct outline of another crystal within them, or even containing another complete crystal formation.
